Today is ANZAC day, a very special day for New Zealand and Australia, Its kinda like uhhh Memorial Day for Americans I think. It celebrates the ANZAC's *Australia and New Zealand Army Corps* entery into WW1 at Galipoli. Though it was a long drawn out defeat for the ANZACs against the Turks, every year it is celebrated as the day when we remember those who fought for us, and even the Turks celebrate in a way, cos in the end the respect between Turks and ANZACs was extremely high. One day I would love to attend a dawn service at ANZAC cove in Turkey (Yes the Turks named it ANZAC cove out of the mutual respect between enemys of that time)
